We are a trained and dedicated care service provider based in central Ohio with the passion to provide quality care for person(s) with disabilities to live independently in their communities. It is our firm belief that everyone deserves the same opportunity to enjoy life even if that requires some assistance from others because of their disabilities.

Experience & Professionalism
Empathy Care Services (ECS) consists of dedicated and trained staff having a proven track record of several years of field-based experiences in delivering effective and efficient care services to person (s) with disabilities. ECS place individuals and their families at the core of our work. ECS strive to ensure that in carrying out our services, we comply with laws and health regulations in Ohio and the United States. With a combined experience of twenty years, ECS staff are well trained and resourced to deliver quality care services to person (s) living with disabilities. We are passionate in what we do, and we are opened to treat individuals we serve with equality, dignity and respect in supporting them to be independent. ECS operates 24 hours and 7 days a week to attend to individuals’ needs while maintaining open line of communication with their families/guardians.
With years of experience, our DSP team will help maintain our client daily activities base on there choice, we will set up additional plans that’s right for base on there ISP. We understand the importance of educating our staffs on the most effective ways to take care of our clients, so that they can participate and be part of the communities.
